DSGNR provides creative design services on a request or subscription basis. All work is done by or under the direction of Keanu Van Eeden. Services include branding, social media design, advertising visuals, and related digital content.2. Turnaround Time
Design requests are completed one at a time, typically within 2–4 working days, depending on project complexity and communication speed.3. Ownership & Usage Rights
Once full payment is received, clients receive full rights to the final delivered designs. DSGNR retains the right to display non-confidential work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.4. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are handled through secure platforms. Subscriptions or invoices must be paid on time to avoid delays or service suspension. No refunds are issued once work has begun or design requests are completed.5. Communication
All communication is handled via email or messaging platforms agreed upon with the client. Delays in feedback or approvals may extend delivery time.6. Limitation of Liability
